Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. At 16, she started participating in fitness contests after quitting gymnastics. After a year, she earned her Pro Card at age 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete Model, model, and a sponsored athlete. She started to compete at fitness competitions after quitting her childhood career in gymnastics. In just one year she obtained her professional license when she was 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently among the youngest IFBB Pro. Ariel had a break of six years from the stage after earning her professional card in order to further her education. In 2015, she came back to the stage, and took part in high-level contests like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. When she won her first competition, she competed several more years setting up new goals. The year 2009 saw four more fitness titles were added to her collection. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. Ariel Ariel Ariel took an absence of six years from competitive sports after earning her pro card in order to complete her university education. She made a comeback in October 2015 with her debut IFBB Fitness Pro at The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. In the show, she finished at third. In the summer of 2016, she took the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This qualified her for to compete in the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage three month later and was crowned 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectations prior to the event and was proud of the result. This is not a surprise since she did so well considering the competition. Ariel has seen her body improve every year. Ariel enjoys working her back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of lat pulldowns with a single arm as well as pullups with machines, and bent-over rows. She warms-up first before moving onto working sets. Ariel also likes to make the most out of her time. This is accomplished by creating all of her back exercises doing three or four supersets of 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is kind of routine twice per week one day being lightweight day, as well as the second heavy weight day.
