Ariel Winter

Ariel Winter (born Ariel Winter Workman on Janurary 28th, 1998, in Los Angeles California) is an American actor, singer and vocalist. Ariel began her acting career young acting in an Cool Whip commercial at age 6. Ariel's first appearance on television began at age seven in an episode from CBS's Listen Up! After that, she landed parts in TV shows like Monk Bones and ER. In 2007 was cast in the character of Gretchen in the Disney Original Channel animated series Phineas and Ferb. In 2007, she appeared as her first live-action character in the role of Alex Dunphy, on the well-known television show Modern Family. Ariel, along with the rest of the Modern Family cast have won the Screen Actors Guild Award for the Best performance by a group in a Comedy Series four times. Ariel remains in voiceover work on films like ParaNorman Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs as well as Scooby-Doo! Stage Fright. Ariel has been awarded a purple belt in Taekwondo.
